When it comes to installing a modular wash bay on your site, it's good to know what to expect, especially if you're looking to minimise disruption to your operations. At CleanaWater, we make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Our modular wash bays are designed for fast installation, minimal site works, and long-term performance.

Here's a quick look at how it all works.

Step 1: Discovery Meeting and Tailored Solution

It all starts with a conversation. Our sales team will meet with you to understand your site, operations, and compliance needs. From there, we'll develop a tailored solution that works for your space, your team, and your goals.

Once you're happy with the proposed solution, we move ahead with planning the installation.

Step 2: Planning and Site Assessment

After you've approved the design, the project is handed over to our in-house projects team. Our engineers will assess your site to confirm details like sewer access, placement, and any other requirements you may have. One of the key advantages of our modular wash bays is that they don't require any inground works, just a flat area. That means fewer headaches, less disruption, and no costly civil works.

We'll also coordinate any external support if needed, such as plumbing or electrical work, either through your own trades or trusted contractors we work with.

Step 3: Installation by Our Specialist Team

When it's time to install, our experienced team gets to work. Installation typically only takes a couple of days with minimal interruption to your operations.

You'll meet Dave, our Operations and Project Manager, or Ryan, our Associate Project Engineer. Both are hands-on and often lead installs. Our Lead Project Engineer Thiban also supports the planning behind the scenes to ensure everything runs to schedule.

What Clients Appreciate Most

Many of our clients tell us they're impressed by the quality of our modular wash bays and the professionalism of our team. Our systems are built to last, and our team prides itself on being easy to work with and solution-focused.

You can see examples of our installations at Coates Muswellbrook and CMI Hino.
